husbands early retirement brought her to beautiful Sierra County .
Janice spent the first 25 years of her career as a bookkeeper for
an oil company and the public school system. In early 2004, she
made the decision to pursue her passion in Real Estate. After
achieving her Qualifying Brokers license, she purchased Adobe
Hacienda Real Estate in early 2008. This real estate company had
been an established business in Truth or Consequences for over
28 years and had a great reputation for service & honesty. Janice
chose to continue this reputation and grow with the company. She

I was born to a New Mexico ranching family more years ago than I
care to remember and grew up here in the great state of NM. I
married and had two children here, then in 1989 I decided that I
needed to venture out, so I moved to Arizona where I got a degree
and worked in the Environmental field for several years as an
Environmental Manager, and then all of a sudden in 2006 middle
age crazy hit and I decided to do what I had wanted to do all along
and that was to become a real estate agent. So I went to real
estate school in NM first and had the opportunity to do it again in
Oklahoma. I now hold An Oklahoma Real Estate license, and a
NM Real Estate Licence and wound up right back where I started
from, here in the great state of NM selling real estate in the Truth or
Concequences/Elephant Butte area with Adobe Hacienda Real
Estate.
